Eye Pattern Test: A high-speed oscilloscope is used to capture the optical signal output from a transceiver to form an eye diagram. It is used to assess the quality of the transceiver signal and determine the quality of the signal.

High and Low Temperature Test: The transceiver was placed in a high and low temperature control box to evaluate the signal quality of the transceiver and the degree to which the transceiver device was subjected to stress at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.

Hardware Compatibility TestInstall the transceiver on the switch, router, server, and NIC device in real time: 1. Ensure that the transceiver can be installed or uninstalled smoothly. 2. Verify that the transceiver is compatible with different brands of devices and fiber optic patch cords. 3. Verify that the transceiver restores the link connection normally after the device is rebooted.

Software Compatibility TestCheck if the transceiver can be recognised properly by each brand of switch, NIC, server, and that no error logs are popping up from the switch. The transceiver information recognised by the device is consistent with the transceiver label description.

Stability TestTo test the transceiver’s ability to transmit at full speed for 7*24 hours using a multi-protocol network traffic analyser and various brands of switches.
