Within 1 year of receipt: We provide free repair services. Miray will cover both the return shipping and the reshipping costs.
From 1 to 3 years of receipt: Free repair service is still available. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while Miray will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and the correct return address.
