RMA Return Instructions

1. Please complete theRMA form with all the necessary information.
2. RMA number shall be issued within two business days upon receipt of completed request form. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for only 15 days.
3. Please mark the RMA Number on every package to be returned. Unauthorized and unmarked packages may be returned upon the discretion of Miray's RMA Department at the shipper's expense.
4. Ship your authorized return via prepaid with a copy of this RMA form enclosed.
5. All claims for incomplete, defective, and/or missing accessories/products must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
6. Please call our RMA Department if you have any special requests or questions about the RMA process.

Credit/Refund Policy

1. Miray Communication will credit authorized returns made within 45 days of the invoice date.
2. All products must be returned in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. Incomplete returns for credit may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee upon the discretion of MirayCommunication' RMA department.
3. Any requests for return made after 45 days may be approved by the discretion of MirayCommunication' RMA department and may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
