Description 

Miray QSFP28-100G-SR4 optical module is a high-performance, cost-effective optical module designed for 100G Ethernet applications, supporting transmission distances of up to 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber and 70 meters over OM3 multimode fiber. The module is designed with four full-duplex channels at 25.78125 Gbps per channel for a total bandwidth of 103.125 Gbps.
 
The module integrates two components: an 850 nm VCSEL laser array and high-efficiency laser driver on the transmitter side, and a high-sensitivity PIN photodiode array and TIAon the receiver side. The module supports hot-swapping and its electrical interface is based on Low Voltage Differential Signaling with 100 ohm differential impedance and AC coupling design within the module. The optical output can be disabled via the LVTTL high input TX_DIS, and the RX_LOS signal is used to indicate the received optical signal loss status.
 
The module supports monitoring and management via the integrated QSFP management interface, compliant with the SFF-8636 protocol.The EEPROM provides two sets of memory addresses: A0h for basic information and operational status, and A3h to store extended digital diagnostic data. The module is suitable for data center interconnections, enterprise networks, and other short-range optical communication scenarios.
